This isn't a desk job. You're on your feet for the shift, watching the kitchen, the counter and packaging all at once, and stepping in the moment something needs fixing. It's your first real step into management, with a clear path to Assistant Manager.

What the job actually looks like

Walk the floor and keep kitchen, counter and packaging running to standard. Spot problems like a slow station, a stock gap, or someone who needs direction, before they become complaints. Coach team members on the floor, in the moment, not after the shift. Assist with cash, transactions, stock checks, and opening or closing under the Branch or Assistant Manager. Step up to run the full branch, i.e. cash, team, standards, etc., on the rare shift both senior managers are out. Feed back to your Branch Manager on what's working on the floor and what isn't.

What we need from you

• High school certificate.
• At least 6 months' experience in a QSR controller position.
• You notice when things are off and do something about it without being asked.
• Comfortable directing team members on the floor, across multiple stations in a shift.
• Available for weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Reliable way to get to your store.
• Excellent time-keeping and attendance.
• Advantage: familiarity with cash handling, till operation, cash-up or daily banking.
