Key Responsibilities – Top 3

• Develop and present the company’s annual business plan and strategy, and ensure effective implementation.
• Manage project progress, risk and change management, and lead decision-making processes.
• Introduce and develop the use of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other professional software applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and present the company’s annual business plan and strategy, and ensure effective implementation.
• Establish relationships with new domestic and international clients, negotiate contracts and agreements, and lead business development activities.
• Manage project progress, risk and change management, and lead decision-making processes.
• Ensure quality and compliance with standards throughout the design development, review, and approval processes.
• Monitor compliance with international and national construction standards, codes, and regulations.
• Introduce and develop the use of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other professional software applications.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Education & Professional Experience
   • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
   • PMP certification is an advantage.
   • Minimum 7 years of overall experience in construction, design, engineering, or related fields, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
   • Experience working on investment projects or internationally funded projects is an advantage.
2. Professional & Technical Skills
   • Strong skills in business planning, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
   • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM platforms.
   • Good knowledge of construction technical regulations, codes, and international standards.
3. Personal & Leadership Skills
   • Ability to effectively structure and organize teams, manage performance, and deliver tangible results.
   • Responsible, honest, and ethical.
