The Sales Performance Lead – Bancassurance is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving performance excellence, leading analytics and insights, and optimizing sales effectiveness across all bancassurance channels. This position oversees performance management frameworks, sales incentive strategies, data governance, and reporting infrastructure. The Sales Performance Lead acts as a key partner to Distribution, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to align sales execution with business growth targets, ensuring performance transparency, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales performance, analytics, or strategic planning, preferably in the insurance or banking sector. Deep understanding of bancassurance distribution models, life insurance products, and financial compliance frameworks. Proven experience working across cross-functional projects and performance transformation initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data analytics tools. Knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling is a plus. Experience in CRM, incentive automation systems, and bancassurance partner platforms (e.g., Salesforce, TCS BaNCS, etc.). Strong business acumen to convert data into strategic decisions.
