Main Duties:

• Answer customer policy queries promptly and organize and monitor daily tasks
• Maintain team harmony, fairness, and communication
• Build client relationships via regular meetings
• Manage timely renewals and address client issues
• Recommend optimal coverage terms and pricing
• Coordinate with local and overseas providers
• Escalate and resolve complaints with Compliance
• Participate in committees and work groups
• Track team debtors and collect payments
• Attend regular training sessions organised by the company
• Keep Manager informed of developments and conflicts
• Maintain current documentation for compliance reviews

What skills do you need?

• Strong Commercial Insurance experience
• At least 1 year experience in Insurance is preferred
• A qualification in Insurance would be considered an asset
• Meet annual IDD compliance criteria
• Hit individual objectives and team KPIs
• Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills
• Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
