Responsibilities

Please note: This is a 2-year temporary role, specifically created to lead and support a strategic transformation program with nationwide scope and high cross-functional exposure.

The Opportunity

Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of strategic Supply Chain transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful implementation of enterprise technology solutions that enable PepsiCo's Supply Chain strategy across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution.

The role is accountable for translating business transformation objectives into executable technology delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing technical dependencies, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring successful deployment of scalable solutions. Working closely with Business, Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, SAP teams and System Integrators, the Technical Delivery Lead ensures delivery excellence while maintaining alignment with enterprise architecture, business priorities and program governance.

Your Impact

As Supply Chain Digital Deployment Manager your scope would consist of …

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Supply Chain transformation programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams across SAP, Integration, Data, Infrastructure, Security, Product and Business organizations to execute complex transformation initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical delivery plans, ensuring alignment between functional design, solution architecture and implementation execution.
• Manage technical dependencies across multiple workstreams, identifying risks, resolving issues and proactively driving delivery decisions.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, SAP Functional Teams and Product Owners to ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards and technology roadmaps.
• Drive delivery governance across implementation partners, vendors and internal delivery teams, ensuring execution quality and accountability.
• Oversee release planning, deployment readiness, environment management, testing coordination and production cutover activities.
• Monitor program health through delivery KPIs, milestone tracking, budget adherence, issue management and executive reporting.
• Support business readiness, organizational change management and hypercare activities to ensure successful transition into operations.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies, engineering practices and operational efficiencies through automation, Agile delivery and DevSecOps principles.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Proven experience leading large-scale Supply Chain technology implementations within multinational organizations.
• Strong experience managing complex SAP-enabled transformation programs.
• Preferred experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations.
• General understanding of some of the SAP Supply Chain modules, including:
• SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP PP (Production Planning)
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• SAP TM (Transportation Management)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
• SAP APO (legacy environments)
• SAP QM (Quality Management)
• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• Understanding of Supply Chain technologies including:
• Warehouse Automation
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Transportation Visibility
• Advanced Planning Systems
• Inventory Optimization
• Integration Platforms
• Supply Chain Analytics
• IoT-enabled Supply Chain capabilities
• Strong technical program management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience working with Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong vendor and System Integrator management experience.
• Experience coordinating global and cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
• Strong financial management experience including project budgeting, forecasting and resource planning.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
