Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the production schedule to guarantee on-time complete customer deliveries.
- Manage the department budget.
- Lead and promote cost-reduction projects within the production area.
- Ensure the availability and maintenance of the documentation required for quality and production control (including Manufacturing Engineering).
- Develop, monitor, and achieve the production KPIs established to improve P&L performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in a production area in automotive industry.
- Knowledge in development, implementation and maintenance methods.
- Knowledge in safety and environment local and federal regulations.
- Knowledge in planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery and facilities, brigade, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001.
- English Advanced.
