The Revenue Management Manager plays a critical role in driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market share across LATAM by translating financial and commercial insights into actionable growth strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of key revenue drivers—including strategic pricing, price-pack architecture, promotions, trade investment, and bottler agreements—and their impact across markets, channels, customers, shoppers, and consumers.
This position is responsible for shaping and leading the regional Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda, defining strategic priorities across four core levers: Strategic Pricing, Price-Pack Architecture, Trade Spend Optimization, and Mix Management. A key mandate is to accelerate RGM capability building across Business Units and Bottlers, embedding RGM as a core business discipline through standardized frameworks, advanced analytical tools, best-practice sharing, and consistent methodologies for tracking and optimizing revenue performance.
In close partnership with Business Units, Franchise teams, and Bottlers, the Revenue Management Manager develops and drives RGM roadmaps, identifies and scales value-creation opportunities, and ensures strategic initiatives translate into measurable business results. The role also fosters strong commercial partnerships across the bottling system, enabling effective alignment, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement of RGM strategies to deliver regional growth and profitability objectives.
