The SCM Sales Support team member plays a critical role in partnering with DXC sales and pursuit teams to drive revenue growth by optimizing third-party supplier costs and securing competitive pricing to win deals. This position supports a diverse range of engagements—from quick-turnaround tactical requests to complex, long-term, multi-supplier agreements—requiring strong project management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to remain highly organized while managing multiple procurement initiatives simultaneously.
In this role, you will serve as the primary SCM point of contact for assigned deals, building strong relationships with sales, presales, and offering solution teams while collaborating closely with pursuit teams. A deep understanding of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Statements of Work (SOWs) is essential for identifying supplier requirements and aligning procurement strategies with business needs.
Beyond deal support, this role involves contract and risk management, supplier negotiation, and transition/transformation planning, working alongside DXC Contract Services, Legal, and Category Management teams to ensure supplier compliance, mitigate risk, and secure optimal pricing and payment terms—ultimately enhancing DXC's revenue and profitability.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf. More information on employment scams is available here.
