About the Role

We are seeking an Ingeniero de soporte de ventas to accelerate the adoption of real-time visibility and monitoring solutions across the food supply chain in Latin America. In this highly strategic role, you will partner with Sales, customers, and channel partners to identify opportunities, demonstrate business value, support solution implementation, and drive customer conversion across Food Service, Retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Food Manufacturing, and Distribution segments. This position combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and business development to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and support regional growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As an Ingeniero de soporte de ventas, you'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the LATAM sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and consultative selling support.
• Conducting customer discovery sessions to identify supply chain challenges, food safety risks, compliance requirements, and operational inefficiencies.
• Delivering product demonstrations, pilot programs, ROI assessments, and business case presentations.
• Translating customer challenges into measurable business value, including waste reduction, food safety improvements, quality compliance, and operational efficiencies.
• Leading the technical execution of strategic growth initiatives for multinational and regional Food Service, Retail, and QSR customers across LATAM.
• Partnering with the sales team to develop account penetration and market expansion strategies.
• Identifying new use cases for real-time monitoring solutions across transportation, storage, and in-store operations.
• Supporting regional and global account expansion initiatives.
• Collaborating with Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Channel Partners to develop industry-specific value propositions and sales tools.
• Providing technical training to customers, distributors, and internal sales teams.
• Supporting solution implementations and ensuring customers achieve expected business outcomes.
• Gathering customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are customer-focused, consultative, technically proficient, and passionate about solving complex supply chain challenges. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, supply chain technology, cold chain monitoring, IoT, or food logistics.
• Proven track record supporting complex B2B sales processes and customer implementations.
• Experience managing projects and customer engagements across multiple countries in Latin America.
• Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales skills.
• Ability to develop ROI analyses and articulate business value propositions.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout Latin America.
• Valid passport and visa for international travel.

Although Not Necessary, It Would Be Nice If You Have:

• Portuguese language proficiency.
• Experience within Food Service, Retail, QSR, Food Manufacturing, or Distribution industries.
• Knowledge of cold chain monitoring, temperature monitoring, IoT technologies, or supply chain visibility solutions.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners and global account teams.
• Strong understanding of food safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
