Role Purpose:

Support CSS RTP Nafta on the different processes that are essential to ensure that we are following the company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce customer service support.
• Generate reports, on demand by stakeholders and ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Direct support to RTP Manager or Supervisor on any urgent activity that could come.
• Data Entry of NON-PO invoices
• Preparation of Daily Audit Reports and documentation

Experiences/Education Required:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in administration, international business or related.

Strong interest in Corporate Finance.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of financial principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP / S4 is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excelent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with various teams and departments.

Soft Skills:

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge on basic financial and accounting concepts GAAP Knowledge and accounting principles is a plus.
