US Software Solutions is a software development company focused on providing digital technologies to the Utilities, Telecommunications, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, and Gas/Electricity sectors. Thanks to a team consisting exclusively of experts in their field, we are ready to supervise any project, regardless of its complexity and scale.

The Recruiter Specialist finds, screens and hires field and operations staff for our company across US regions, and makes sure every new hire is set up correctly from the first day. The role covers the full hiring cycle: from the vacancy to the offer, and then onboarding paperwork and records. You will work closely with regional supervisors, and you will be the first point of contact for candidates. This is a generalist entry role: you learn hiring and HR documentation side by side.

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Post vacancies and source candidates on job boards, social media and referrals
  • Screen resumes, call candidates and run initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with regional supervisors and hiring managers
  • Keep the candidate tracker up to date: statuses, follow-ups, conversion
  • Prepare offers and collect onboarding documents
  • Communicate with candidates at every stage so nobody is left waiting
  • Report weekly on open positions, pipeline and time to hire
  • Work with regional supervisors to understand staffing needs in advance

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
  • 1 year of recruitment experience;
  • Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced spoken English is a must);
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
