Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Operations Agent to work with our International Partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Contract activation and cancellation
  • Solving the errors regarding TV and Internet activation
  • TV and Internet installation checks and follow-ups
  • Data processing, adjustments and corrections

What we are looking for:

  • Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)
  • High responsibility and attention to details skills
  • Customer oriented and reliable person
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure
  • Good written, reading, comprehension and verbal communication skills in English
