Orange Moldova is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Buyer. The main objectives of this job is: purchase goods, materials and services considering price, quality and delivery, and ensure the continuity of supply.

What you will be doing:

• Identify in cooperation with the internal departments the sourcing needs
• Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and commercial terms with suppliers, and review opportunities to make savings using negotiation and procurement best practices, tools and methods
• Assess and evaluate suppliers, undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities
• Coordinate the selection process, draw up and issue Request for Information or/and Quotations for the suppliers, manage in-depth preparation of negotiation: negotiation scripts, alternative scenarios
• Coordinate inside the organization and with the supplier the contract drafting, negotiation and final contract validation
• Prepare monthly savings reports and weekly projects status
• Ensure compliance to company guidelines, sourcing policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

• University degree
• Previous experience in procurement area
• Technical knowledge in telecom and IT is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills
• Written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Autonomy
