Orange Systems is the IT hub of Orange Moldova. An IT park resident, with over 900 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe.

We are looking for a B2B Marketing & Sales Development Specialist to support international lead generation and marketing activities.

The role combines targeted outreach to selected ICPs with preparation of marketing and sales enablement materials. This is not a mass cold outreach role — the focus is on relevant account research, personalized communication, and content-supported demand generation.

What you will be doing:

  • Research and engage target companies and decision-makers based on selected ICPs
  • Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels
  • Support Sales Managers with account research, contact mapping, and market signals
  • Prepare marketing and sales materials: one-pagers, case studies, website content, LinkedIn posts, lead magnets, and outreach templates
  • Work with technical experts to translate complex IT services into clear client-oriented content
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Maintain prospect data and activities in CRM and track results

What we are looking for:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, marketing, lead generation, or business development
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn and email prospecting
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, ICPs, content marketing, and sales funnels
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams
  • Interest in IT services, automation, AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
