As part of its growth, ARROW BSC is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Team Leader inside sales (German speaker).

What you will be doing at ARROW:

• Provide clear direction and guidance to team members,
• Identify and address team member training needs,
• Facilitate open and effective communication within the team,
• Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges,
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes,
• Report regularly on team progress and key performance indicators.
