A Financial Accountant with a global leader in the creation of Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrances & Beauty based in Nouasseur - Your future position?

We are looking to expand our Finance team and hire a 'Financial Accountant'. You will support the preparation and maintenance of financial data in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as Givaudan accounting and reporting policies and procedures. You will report to the Senior Financial Accountant. In this exciting role, your core responsibilities will be:

• Financial accounting: Support the month-end accounting and group reporting process
• Support preparation and annual filing of statutory accounts
• Support balance Sheet accounts reconciliation and monthly analysis
• Perform Accounts payables and Accounts receivables reconciliations
• Post and process journal entries
• Support the payments process
• Ad-hoc accounting tasks
• Taxes Preparation and filing of Tax declarations (VAT / WHT) Archiving of accounting records and supporting documentation, in line with legal requirements
• Support tax audits requirements
• Others: Support processes improvement and work with the relevant teams to generate solutions

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Controlling (Min BAC+3)
• 2-3 years related experience in Multi-national companies or accounting office (Cabinet)
• Fluency in English and French
• Proven experience as an accountant
• Great attention to detail
• Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Good knowledge and understanding of tax and corporate related laws
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
