消防工程師/助理工程師（消防系統維護）

職位描述：

協調、組織和監督消防服務維護、維修、翻新、改建和加建 （A&A） 專案的推進，同時確保有效的進度監控。

責任：

• 有效地帶領技術團隊執行日常維護任務。
• 監督維護和合同工作的安全和品質。
• 編製計劃、維護記錄並生成維護任務的報告。
• 所有任務都必須按照規定的標準執行，並注重品質。
• 負責協調現場活動，進行材料檢查，監督工作檢查，管理測試和調試過程。
• 與分包商有效合作對於確保項目及時完成至關重要。
• 促進與客戶、顧問和分包商現場的協調和溝通。

資格：

• 持有屋宇裝備、機械、電機或消防工程高級文憑或以上學歷者優先
• 至少1年消防或相關工程服務經驗者優先
• 熟練掌握AutoCAD繪圖技巧和MS Office操作必不可少
• 有上進心，注重細節，具有高度的責任心和良好的溝通能力
• 良好的中英文書寫和口語能力
