Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, ATV, and UPT.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Maintain visual merchandising, product displays, and showroom standards.
• Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage staff allocation, shift planning, and daily showroom operations.
• Monitor performance and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant retail experience.
• Previous experience as a Showroom Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor.
• Fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve showroom performance.
• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification preferred.
