Floor Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive Floor Supervisor to support the Showroom Manager, guide the sales team, and ensure smooth daily showroom operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise sales staff and ensure effective floor coverage.
• Monitor customer service and staff performance.
• Support daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and showroom standards.
• Monitor stock availability and replenishment.
• Assist with staff allocation and shift coordination.
• Report operational issues to the Showroom Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Fashion or apparel retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and achieve sales targets.
• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent preferred.
