Role Overview

As a Lead Product Manager within our business unit Construction Software, you will define and drive the future of ON!Track, Hilti's leading asset management software solution used by customers across 40 global markets. You will set the product vision, shape the strategic roadmap and align stakeholders across business, technology and customer-facing functions to deliver sustainable growth.

What you’ll do

You will be responsible for the strategic product direction and growth of ON!Track, relied upon daily by tens of thousands of users globally. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams across product development, UX, marketing, sales and business development, you will identify market opportunities and translate customer needs into innovative software solutions.
