Digital operations & technology senior specialist

HEMFA is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Digital Operations & Technology Specialist to support and enhance our digital infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, and IT operations while driving operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Technical Support, or Digital Operations.
• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, and endpoint devices.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking fundamentals, and cloud-based services.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, backup management, and business continuity procedures.
• Experience in supporting and maintaining business applications and digital workplace solutions.
• Ability to coordinate with external technology vendors and service providers.
• Experience in process improvement, technology implementation, and operational optimization.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, or similar automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL, or related certifications are an advantage.
