Deputy operation crew chief/ cell leader

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a (Deputy Operation Crew Chief / Cell Leader) for the Libya Coiled Tubing Project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of the crew, including construction, HSE, equipment, personnel and administration, in accordance with company policies.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling the crew's construction tasks; maintain timely and effective communication with the client supervisor during operations; complete and submit daily operation reports on time.
• Responsible for handling complex situations and incidents during operations, and report promptly to management or relevant technical and administrative personnel.
• Responsible for organizing HSE and operational meetings; strictly comply with company technical procedures and equipment/personnel safety operation regulations.
• Responsible for supervising the work performance of all positions during operations and the execution of routine equipment maintenance; ensure proper use and management of equipment.
• Responsible for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Responsible for the management and inventory of the coiled tubing warehouse; promptly submit requisitions for missing spare parts.
• Responsible for troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and repair of all coiled tubing systems.
• Responsible for the installation of coiled tubing equipment during operations.

Requirements

• Extensive working experience in coiled tubing operations.
• Familiar with coiled tubing and all supporting equipment.
• Strong team organization and management skills.
• Capable of handling complex situations and incidents in stimulation operations.
• Basic English listening and speaking skills with a strong willingness to communicate in English; candidates with higher English proficiency will be given priority.
