Summary:

The CCM Facilitator acts as a key operational leader responsible for steering project execution to ensure all activities strictly follow approved designs, timelines, budgets, and organizational policies. This position is vital for advancing broader program objectives by aligning daily operations with national strategic plans. The successful candidate will manage on-site implementation, offering both technical expertise and administrative support to staff, volunteers, and community partners. Through consistent oversight, the role guarantees compliance with quality standards, donor mandates, and internal regulations. Core duties include directing planning efforts to develop detailed activity schedules, implementation strategies, and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness initiatives centered on integral mission within local congregations, encouraging active participation from members and the wider community in development projects.
• Collaborate with the CCM Coordinator to oversee the daily field operations of Church and Community Mobilization efforts, with a primary emphasis on Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) programs.
• Coordinate with LW partners and local churches to deliver project outcomes that embody the core principles of Integral Mission.
• Utilize the Flourish Approach to foster positive community development results specifically within the WASH sector.
• Support local churches in implementing and sustaining practices rooted in integral mission.
• Strengthen the skills of Trainers of Trainers (TOTs) and local clergy in the Oral Bible Storying methodology.
• Build the capacity of churches to effectively operate Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems.
• Organize and supervise TOT activities covering CCM and Health & Safety (H&S) training modules.
• Provide support for Church and Community Coordination initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to LWI quality standards across all CCM-related operations.
• Maintain full compliance with LWI program management protocols, including the timely submission of LWIS reports, periodic updates, project documentation, donor reports, and MSC stories.
• Ensure the clear and effective communication of the gospel in all communities served by LWI.
• Participate in program development tasks, such as conducting needs assessments, baseline studies, and evaluation processes.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support organizational goals.
