Airline ticketing officer (female)

Search, book, and issue domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre - Amadeus is a must).

Handle ticket re-issuance, refunds, revalidation, and voiding.

Advise clients on best routes, fares, baggage allowance, transit visas, and travel requirements.

Follow up on reservations, confirm bookings, and inform clients of any flight schedule changes.

Prepare quotations for individuals, corporate clients, and group bookings.

Assist with hotel reservations and travel insurance when required.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins in a professional manner.

Maintain daily sales reports and handle cash / payment reconciliation.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing OR a certified GDS training course.
• Proficient in Amadeus system is mandatory.
• Good command of English - reading and writing.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office.
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Presentable, punctual, and dedicated.
• Residing in ksara or nearby areas.
