Description of main tasks:

Outbound Management:

• Support a dispatching worker to book appropriate vehicle sizes based on volumes of delivery for customers

Warehouse Management:

• Verify production plans and manage warehouse storage to optimize space.

Inbound Management:

• Process inline-slitting products in the SAP system upon receipt.
• Conduct receipt and inspection activities for imported finished products and master batches.

Weekly Cycle Counting:

• Regularly conduct cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy (every week).
• Support blue color workers to do cycle counting efficiently

Staffing Management:

• Allocate suitable temporary workers based on the scheduled delivery volumes for the next day.

Pre-shipment Inspections:

• Perform inspections before shipment to prevent errors.

Safety Management:

• Hold daily Gemba meetings to ensure safe work practices and foster a safe environment.
