C2set / kubernetes / linux system administrator

SAIC is seeking a C2SET/Kubernetes/LINUX System Administrator to support our Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Architecture (COBRA) program out of Osan Air Base (Pyeongtaek, Korea).

All Qualified candidates MUST possess IAT LvII (ie. Sec+) Certification and an active Secret clearance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• The contractor shall perform the full range of Kubernetes system administration & LINUX system administration to include:
• Kubernetes system administration. This includes the ability to install, configurate & troubleshoot.
• LINUX server operation system administration. This includes the ability to install, configurate & troubleshoot.
• C2SET is specialized Modelling & Simulation (M&S) software that you will be responsible for learning how to install, configure, operate & troubleshoot.
• C2SET is Kubernetes based M&S software, you will be responsible for the following:
• Interacting with users and other M&S software administrators/controllers.
• Creating and maintaining user accounts & permissions to the various components of C2SET.
• Attend meetings, planning events & telecoms.
• Training will be provided on C2SET and its various components.
• Support the Pacific Air Simulation Center (PASC) events, which may include:
• Working 12-13hr shifts at various times throughout the year.
• Travel.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and Nine (9) or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
• US Citizen and active Secret Clearance
• Working knowledge of LINUX & Kubernetes administration, system monitoring & troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a virtualized environment.
