PMC Project Manager

Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced PMC Project Manager for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall PMC activities and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage project execution, progress, quality, HSE and key project interfaces.
• Coordinate with the Client, EPC contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, risks and technical deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction, installation, supervision and execution of utility-scale wind/renewable energy projects.
• Strong experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), EPC or Owner’s Engineer environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Wind Power, BESS, power generation or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and construction practices.
• Experience in Kazakhstan and knowledge of local regulations will be an advantage.
