Brief Job Description

The role is responsible for end-to-end financial support activities, including invoice verification to ensure compliance with contracts and accurate e-invoice processing in SMART GEP, as well as performing month-end and year-end close tasks such as accrual calculations, variance analysis, and responding to accounting queries.

The position manages AFE setup, supplements, and cost control, assists with project planning and monitoring, and coordinates business planning and strategic staffing processes, ensuring timely and accurate data input into Anaplan.

Additional responsibilities include monthly forecast submissions, variance reviews, and proactive interaction with stakeholders for data collection, reporting, and audit support. The role also involves identifying process improvements and maintaining alignment with organizational goals and financial standards.

• Higher education (Economics, Finance)
• Work Experience - 0+ years
• Kazakh - Basic, Russian - Advanced, English (written, verbal) – Advanced
• Confident user of MS Office
• Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan
