Associate manager business / functional architecture

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in the management of the architectural team and project execution.
• Contribute to project planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• Support the team in achieving project goals.
• Gain expertise in business processes and technology integration.
• Assist in adhering to architectural standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends.
• Develop strong teamwork and communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration.
• Strong problem-solving and team lead skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on business or functional architecture projects.
• Successful involvement in functional architecture implementation projects.
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology.

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus.
• Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus.
