Established dining group is seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager with a strong quick-service restaurant background to support daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within quick-service restaurants (QSR).
• Strong operational knowledge of fast-paced, high-volume food service.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
• Strong understanding of customer service, food safety, and operational standards.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager with daily operations and business performance.
• Supervise and develop team members to maintain service standards.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs.
• Maintain efficient service and a positive guest experience.
• Help drive sales, productivity, and overall operational performance.
