About Your Missions

Within the Global Quality and Reliability (GQR) organization at STMicroelectronics, you will join the Customer Lifecycle organization, more specifically the Customer Requirements management team.

The Corporate Customer Requirements team manages customer requirements at company level across all relevant domains such as quality, logistics, environment, and sustainability. The team ensures a coherent and consolidated response from STMicroelectronics to customer requests, while protecting ST ways of working and supporting business growth.

In the role, you will contribute to the implementation of data analytics, reporting, and AI-based methods to support the team in managing customer requirements and contracts.

Your main responsibilities Program Management / Data & AI / Reporting

You will lead or contribute to customer requirements process improvement and transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, IT solutions, and automated reporting activities.

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and advanced reporting solutions in Power BI
  • Automate recurring reporting, monitoring, and refresh activities
  • Monitor process performance indicators and deliver periodic reporting to top management and cross-functional teams
  • Support the deployment of AI-assisted approaches, including GenAI-based tools, to improve productivity and insight generation

Operational Support

Because the best way to understand data and provide efficient AI and reporting solutions is to understand and walk through the process, you will also support the Customer Requirements team in daily operations, including:

  • Support the intake of customer requirements with Sales organizations to assess eligibility and assign incoming requests based on the business context
  • Manage customer requirements from review by the relevant process owners and experts through to final contract signature, including gap analysis preparation, contract segmentation in the dedicated company IT tool, review coordination, sales and legal review, and signature follow-up
  • Ensure timely closure of customer requirements reviews in line with customer expectations
  • Identify and track Non-Standard Requirements (NSRs) for each signed agreement

About You Education

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science

Experience

A first experience or strong interest in data, reporting, and process improvement is appreciated.

Technical Skills

Interest in and familiarity with AI tools in a professional environment

  • Strong command of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Good knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Knowledge of DAX and Power Query
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be an asset

Languages

Fluent and professional English is mandatory

Italian would be a plus, as the role is based in Catania

Additional Information

Contract type: VIE

Location: Catania, Italy

Duration: 24 months

In accordance with Business France regulations, you may be eligible for a VIE assignment if you meet the following 5 conditions:

  • Be between 18 and 28 years old at the date of registration. The assignment must start no later than the day of your 29th birthday. No exceptions are granted beyond this limit.
