Job Description

The receptionist is responsible for:

• Welcoming customers from arrival to departure
• Informs the client about the conditions of stay, formalities and hotel services
• Transmits necessary information to other departments
• Switchboard management
• Cash management
• Correspondence management

Qualifications

• Charm and empathy
• Professional experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian
• Love for work
