Job Summary

AllCloud is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team in Israel. In this senior role, you will demonstrate prescriptive solution-selling expertise by developing deep account strategies for large-scale organizations, focusing on Professional Services (PS) and Managed Services (MS).

You will provide leadership in strategic engagements, interacting with C-level executives and leading cross-functional teams (including solution architects, delivery managers, and consultants) to close complex, high-value digital transformation deals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the Israeli enterprise market, with a deep understanding of navigating large organizational structures, managing long-term relationships, and driving business value through the Salesforce ecosystem.

Summary of Experience

• Enterprise Ownership: Own the end-to-end sales cycle for large, complex deals—from initial relationship building to scope definition, negotiation, and contracting.
• C-Suite Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to high-level decision-makers, aligning capabilities (Core clouds, Industry clouds, and data solutions) with their business transformation goals.
• PS & MS Growth: Drive revenue across the entire project lifecycle, from large-scale Professional Services (implementation, migration, and customization) to long-term Managed Services (ongoing optimization, support, and evolution).
• Account Expansion: Identify signals for large-scale up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing enterprise accounts, maximizing the lifetime value of the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Enterprise Sales experience: Proven track record of selling complex cloud solutions, Professional Services (PS), and Managed Services (MS) to large organizations in Israel.
• Ecosystem Mastery: Deep understanding of the cloud product portfolio and the mechanics of selling consulting, implementation, and long-term support services.
• Local Market Mastery: Strong familiarity with the Israeli enterprise landscape and established, trusted relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and COOs).
• Complex Deal Management: Experience growing accounts across a spectrum of industries through large-scale, multi-phase deployment and retention projects.
• Executive Presence: Excellent presence with the ability to lead joint legal conversations and negotiate complex Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Methodological Selling: Ability to leverage a proven sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to produce quarter-over-quarter target attainment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications (or a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture) are highly desirable.
