Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for EV Electronics and Supplier Quality Management. The role is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and seamless integration of EV electronics and EPT components across the supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the quality and performance of EV electronics and EPT components, including MCU, BMS, charger, DC-DC converter, telematics, digital cluster, throttle, wiring harness, Li-ion cells, battery pack, IPDU, and motors.
• Supplier Quality Management: Develop, implement, and govern supplier quality processes to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
• Supplier Quality Strategy: Drive supplier quality strategies, oversee PPAP activities, evaluate supplier readiness, and ensure stable SOP execution.
• Performance Management: Monitor and improve supplier KPIs such as PIPC, SPC, PPM, and warranty performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Problem Solving & Corrective Actions: Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for field and production-related concerns involving EV electrical and electronic components.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SCM, Engineering, Manufacturing, and supplier teams to ensure quality, operational excellence, and business objectives are met.
• Quality Systems & Compliance: Possess strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO, IATF 16949) and IPC standards for electronic components. Ensure CoP certification compliance for FSS/proprietary parts and adherence to ARAI requirements.

Experience

15 - 20 Yrs Industry Preferred Automotive OEMs

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech – Electronics/E&C (15 -20 yrs exp)

General Requirements

Key Skills Strong expertise In supplier audits, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, problem solving, Knowledge about IPC 610 standards and EV architecture Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement.
