Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Lead launch activities for new products and variants across all platforms covering projects from EN level through M6 level.
• Ensure smooth execution of project deliverables and successful release to Manufacturing Operations for commercial production.
• Provide manufacturing inputs during virtual design reviews, DFMEA activities, and support prototype development.
• Conduct Production Design Reviews and support preparation of Process Flow Charts (PFC), PFMEA, Machine FMEA, and process development activities.
• Support VPO build development and readiness activities.
• Develop Pre-Launch Control Plans and evaluate quality indicators to support VPO builds.
• Support VP builds, FTG trials, process capability studies, and FTR clearances.
• Develop Production Control Plans and support SOS/SOP preparation and implementation.
• Drive LSP and FRC stabilization activities, including iterations required to achieve defined quality targets.
• Coordinate closely with Platform COEs, CDMM, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of launch activities.
• Build capability of team members through active involvement and guidance during various stages of the launch cycle.
• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve issues that may impact product industrialization and production readiness.

12 + years of relevant work experience

Critical Experience

• Experience in MIS generation
• LQOS system awareness
• Lean awareness
• Lean manufacturing, Poka-yoke, SMED, Kaizen technique
• Complete End-to-End TPM Knowledge
