Job Description

Aramark are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Housekeeper to join the Aramark Workplace Solutions team. The Receptionist/Housekeeper will manage the Aramark service delivery within the business. They will use their experience and skills to deliver services to the client in a cost effective and innovative way. Reporting directly to the Unit Manager, the role holder will deputise in the manager's absence.

This permanent position is based in Sligo. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop their career within a growth organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide front of house and reception services.
• Handle duties with care, commitment and always in a courteous manner.
• Manage and respond to the customer’s requirements and requests to ensure a high level of customer support to Aramark Clients.
• Manage visitor signing in process.
• Take calls and messages and if necessary e-mail to Manager without delay.
• Check e-mails and react accordingly.
• Ensure all activities are carried out are in accordance with H&S policies.
• To ensure that all Aramark stock on site is properly managed and that all monthly stocktake reports are completed correctly.
• To ensure all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order and highlight areas of concern in this area.
• To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.
• Complete cleaning duties.
• To ensure that the cleaning schedule is carried out satisfactorily.
• To monitor CCTV, recording any issues, resolve or issues that need to be raised to a higher level.
• Oversee fire Safety and Health and Safety within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Role.
• Good standard of education.
• Excellent Personality and Customer Service Skills.
• Strong IT skills to include the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
