Administration Supervisor

Are you an experienced administration professional who enjoys leading a team, bringing structure to a busy environment and working across different areas of a business?

We’re looking for an Administration Supervisor to lead our NBS/MODS Administration team in Dublin. This is a varied and highly collaborative role where you’ll manage a team of three experienced colleagues while providing essential operational and commercial support across the wider business.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Sales, Engineering and Service, giving you great exposure to different parts of the organisation and the opportunity to build your career within KONE.

What will you be doing?

You’ll lead and support a team of three administrators, creating a positive, accountable environment where people are empowered to perform at their best.

Alongside your people leadership responsibilities, you’ll oversee a broad range of activities, including:

• Managing purchase requisitions and ordering materials through SAP
• Supporting purchase orders, goods receipting and stock movements
• Coordinating site documentation, safety folders, handovers and certification
• Managing sales order loading, variations and milestone reporting
• Supporting customer portals, finance reporting and weekly operational reporting

No two days will look the same, so strong organisation and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities will be important.

What are we looking for?

SAP experience is essential for this role.

You’ll also bring previous experience in administration, coordination or operational support, ideally with some experience of supervising, coaching or supporting others.
