We are currently seeking a Z2 UI/UX Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile friendly applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Develop advanced interactive prototypes to validate user journeys and design concepts.
• Utilize Figma Variables to build scalable and maintainable design solutions.
• Work with Figma MCP (Model Context Protocol) to enable seamless collaboration between AI tools and design assets, improving design workflows and developer handoff.
• Plan and conduct user research, user interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design decisions.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments to optimize the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality design implementation through effective design-to-development handoff.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Component Properties, Variables, Libraries, and Advanced Prototyping.
• Experience with Figma MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI-assisted design workflows to streamline design, documentation, and developer collaboration.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems, including reusable components and design tokens.
• Experience conducting User Research, User Interviews, usability testing, and translating insights into user-centered design solutions.
• Knowledge of A/B Testing and data-driven design methodologies to validate and optimize user experiences.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools (such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar) for ideation, wireframing, content generation, UX documentation, and design exploration.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of responsive design and front-end development constraints.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects, including research, prototyping, design systems, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of designing responsive and adaptive user experiences across different screen sizes, devices, and operating systems (Web, Android, iOS, Desktop, etc.).
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning in UX and product design.
