Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex coordination, drafting and administrative matters, often requiring judgment about process and prioritization; escalates matters requiring legal interpretation, litigation strategy, or transaction terms to supervising attorneys. Contributions begin to influence team-level process improvements (e.g. legal tracker usage, workflow standardization) but do not set functional strategy. Represents FME in routine coordination with external parties (registered agents, banks on KYC matters, document-legalization services) within a clearly defined, attorney-authorized scope. Modifies existing administrative and coordination processes to improve efficiency; does not set new firm-wide policy independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with approximately 3-6 years of relevant experience, including experience in corporate and/or litigation paralegal support, ideally supporting US legal matters from an LPO, GCC/GBS, or in-house legal environment
  • Familiarity with US corporate entity administration (registered agents, KYC/banking compliance, attorney licensing tracking) and litigation support processes (legal holds, subpoena response, settlement tracking) is a plus
  • Experience with legal matter-management/tracker systems, contract redlining/comparison tools, and virtual data room platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent administrative and coordination workstreams
  • Excellent written and spoken English required
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential corporate and litigation-related information
