Responsibilities

• Offer strategic guidance and leadership to the teaching team, ensuring optimal classroom management and high-quality instruction.
• Supervise all institutional functions, encompassing administrative tasks, to sustain a seamless and productive learning atmosphere.
• Lead the rollout and ongoing enhancement of the Cambridge Curriculum throughout every grade level.
• Build a cooperative school environment that encourages academic success and continuous professional development.
• Enable transparent and efficient dialogue with parents, employees, and the wider community to foster student achievement.
• Oversee and mentor educators to refine their teaching methodologies and ensure compliance with educational benchmark.

Requirements

• Hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree alongside a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and/or a Master of Education (M.Ed.).
• Show at least a decade of progressive experience in the education sector, with a specific focus on leadership roles.
• Possess verified expertise in the Cambridge Curriculum, including a mandatory history of managing institutions that utilize this framework.
• Demonstrate outstanding abilities in leadership, academic administration, and organizational management.
• Exhibit superior interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Be ready to commence duties immediately; priority will be given to applicants currently residing in the Jodhpur region.
