Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Admission Counselor to join a reputed school at Zydus Cross Road, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective parents and students regarding admissions.
• Counsel parents and explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, policies, and admission process.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams throughout the admission process.
• Maintain admission records, enquiry databases, and follow-up reports.
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.
• Represent the school professionally during campus visits, interactions, and admission events.

Requirements

• B.A /M.A , B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in school admissions/counseling.
• Pre-primary school experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, counseling, and follow-up abilities.
• Presentable, confident, and parent-friendly personality.
• Female candidates only.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
