Position: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Location: Subhasgram, Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Qualification:

NTT / Pre-Primary Teacher Training or B.Ed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities and curriculum for pre-primary classes.
• Supervise and guide pre-primary teachers.
• Ensure effective teaching methods and child-friendly learning.
• Monitor students’ progress and maintain academic records.
• Coordinate with parents and school management.
• Organize activities and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant pre-primary experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of early childhood education and classroom management.
