As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves setting up and managing both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes deploying automation pipelines to streamline the creation and configuration of these environments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of cloud platforms to support evolving project requirements, fostering collaboration with various teams to maintain optimal infrastructure performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and deliver scalable cloud solutions.
• Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Document environment configurations and automation processes to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and storage solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-related issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with scripting languages to support automation and environment configuration.
• Knowledge of best practices in cloud security and compliance.

Additional Information

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Nutanix Administration. This position is based at our Kolkata office. A 15 years full time education is required.
