Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition System Specialist is a key member of the Middle East and Africa (MEA) Talent Acquisition team, responsible for recruitment systems administration, process governance, reporting, compliance, background verification coordination, and operational support. This role ensures the effective utilization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), maintains the integrity of recruitment data and processes, and provides administrative and coordination support to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders across the region. By leveraging data, technology, and process excellence, the Talent Acquisition System Specialist contributes to a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience while supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

TA Operations & Systems Support

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) across the MEA Talent Acquisition function.
  • Administer and optimize applicant tracking system workflows, requisition approvals, and recruitment processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports, providing actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy, ensuring recruitment records remain compliant and audit-ready.
  • Coordinate background verification activities and ensure recruitment documentation is maintained according to organizational requirements.
  • Support graduate recruitment programs, internship initiatives, and global talent acquisition projects.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting tools to provide transparency and visibility to key stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line support to recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders regarding system functionality, processes, and best practices.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance applicant tracking system adoption and capability across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, automation, reporting, and operational effectiveness.

Recruitment Coordination & Operational Support

  • Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating hiring activities and ensuring key milestones are achieved efficiently.
  • Review applications against established criteria and support candidate shortlisting activities in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Support offer preparation, offer administration, and pre-onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Provide administrative and operational support for regional recruitment campaigns, graduate hiring programs, internship initiatives, and talent acquisition projects.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across the region.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, HR systems, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience contributing to recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview coordination, or offer administration.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, with experience using Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) considered highly beneficial.
  • Experience creating recruitment reports, hiring analytics, and recruitment performance metrics.
  • Experience coordinating background verification activities and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries or regions, particularly within the Middle East and Africa.
  • Experience supporting graduate recruitment, internship programs, or early-career talent initiatives.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and candidate experience strategies.
  • Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or recruitment technology initiatives.
