Stamping engineer

Overview

Stamping project engineer responsible for stamping project management & supplier follow-up. Also have knowledge of process & design. Knowledge of simulation. Should be able to work with minimum supervision and inputs. Should have die design experience at least 4-8 years in stamping dies. Should have good understanding of the stamping process.

Responsibilities

• Die design validation/3D process validation/simulation validation
• Die supplier follow-up & coordination
• 2D & 3D Process Layout check & validation feedback to supplier
• Die buyoff/HLTO coordination
• Pattern & Casting validation
• Stamping project management

Process & simulation knowledge will be added advantage. Good communication skills.

Qualifications

BE mech / B tech in Tool and Die making diploma/post diploma.
