Job Title: Senior Coordinator - GES H2R Learning

We are hiring a Senior Coordinator - GES H2R Learning to support global learning operations and Learning Management System (LMS) activities across multiple regions. This role acts as a key partner to Learning Coordinators, Site Administrators, and HR teams, ensuring smooth learning administration, training compliance, reporting, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement within the SAP SuccessFactors Learning environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional learning teams and site administrators, providing guidance on learning setup and system utilization.
• Manage learning reports, support reporting requests, and assist with organizational and project-related reporting activities.
• Deliver training sessions and feedback workshops for Learning Coordinators and business users on learning processes and reporting tools.
• Support learning system rollouts, bulk assignments, assignment profile updates, and learning-related organizational changes.
• Maintain training matrices, curricula, and assignment profiles to ensure training compliance for new hires and internal movements.
• Conduct quality checks, audits, release testing, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive process excellence and best practices.

You bring

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or a related field).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience; higher-level candidates may have 5 to 7 years of experience.
• Strong experience with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other HR technology platforms.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience handling reporting and analytics requirements.
• Experience working with global, virtual teams and a solid understanding of Learning Management Systems and learning processes.
