Senior product manager, payments

How you'll help us build:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Architect a global product strategy, working closely with executives and stakeholders across the organization.
• Customer Insight & Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs through direct interaction, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Product Roadmap: Create and execute a product roadmap.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver innovative products and features.
• Product Launch: Oversee successful product launches, working with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies.

Experience you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in product management. Prior experience in Payments is a strong plus.
• Proven track record in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Technical background and ability to engage engineers on architecture and trade-offs, and translate technical capabilities/constraints into product decisions. A software engineering background is welcome but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
