Job Description
The role sits within the India Rewards function and reports into Head of Reward for India by delivering analytical, operational, and advisory reward support.
The role contributes to regional reward initiatives, while responding to general employee compensation queries and supporting broader HR and business decision‑making.
Role Level Clarification
- This is an intermediate specialist role, focused on execution, analytics, and advisory support.
- The role does not carry people‑management responsibility but requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises projects related to amending remuneration policies and related processes.
- Supervises projects related to developing, implementing and administering compensation such as salaries, shorthand long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, salary increases and salary surveys.
- Supervises deliverables for Executive Compensation, International Compensation, Sales Compensation and other specialized areas of compensation.
- Manages team of analyst/specialist/managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree 6 - 8 years of experience in compensation & benefits
