Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To design, develop and implement Lighting System - Exterior & Interior. Benchmarking of lighting technologies POC, SOR, DVP, TSO & development for lighting systems, meeting all functional, quality & regulatory standards / requirements within project timeline. Interact with supplier from concept to SOP capturing all SOR requirements & address build & validation issues. Managing and tracking of design release, development, validation & field failures. Knowledge in Optics & CAE Thermal, Vibration & Condensations. Should have additional knowledge in Wiring harness, Electronics. Review & release technical specifications & other documentations. Should have detailed knowledge in Optics, CAD packaging & design, DFMEA and GD&T. Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in DFMEA, problem solving tools and techniques and project management tools. Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, project etc.
