BFSI Experience (Mandatory):

Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience, within the most recent years of their career, is mandatory.

Location:

Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.

Engagement Type:

Full Time - Permanent

Notice Period:

Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Role Overview

A Senior Delivery Lead with Digital transformation experience gained on complex, global delivery engagements. Exposure to delivering projects in one or two of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication. Contact Centre experience is not necessary, as these roles are primarily focused on digital journey delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication workstreams
• Own end-to-end delivery planning, execution, and governance for assigned digital journeys
• Partner with technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery aligns with strategic digital objectives
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across complex, global delivery engagements
• Provide senior-level oversight and mentorship to delivery teams

Required / Must-Have Skills

• Digital transformation delivery experience on complex global engagements
• Exposure to at least 1–2 of: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication
• No Contact Centre background required
